Drink recipe of the week. The sounds of samba...Brazilian Bombshell

Setting: The music of Monica Salmaso melts across the air of the lanai. The sun sinks into the azure waters of the Pacific. You reach for this drink. Saúde!

Ice Cubes

3/4 fl oz (20 ml) of cachaça (Brazilian firewater!)

1 1/2 fl oz (45 ml) of silver tequila

1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

3/4 fl oz (20 ml) of Rose's Lime juice

1/4 cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) of pineapple juice

Chill a steamed cocktail glass in the freezer. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice and all of the ingredients. Cover and shake the beejeezers out of it. Strain into the chilled glass and drink at once. Warning!!! This drink is addictive.

Man Over Board

Chris Law decided that he couldn't resist taking a dip also.
